Each bear is custom made with a personalised design which will be sent to you after purchase. Designs can be amended as many times as needed until you are happy with it.

We aim to turn these around as soon as possible, each design is custom made for your order and proofs will be sent prior to sewing. Please make sure all submitted details are correct and please check the proof for any mistakes as these cannnot be rectified after you have given approval.

Due to the personalised nature of these products, we regrettably cannot accept returns or cancellations,. However if your item does not arrive or arrives faulty please document all damage and keep all packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues.
